Global statistics show that 80% of women have experienced street harassment, while 85% of people feel unprepared to intervene as witnesses. In response, L’Oréal Paris launched the Stand Up program against street harassment in 2020, in partnership with Right To Be. The initiative aims to raise awareness of this global issue and teach safe intervention strategies based on the 5D methodology, developed by Right To Be, an international expert in combating all forms of harassment.
