I’m Falling For You, Skateboarding

I have been drawing skaters for several years now. I do not skate, but I have spent a lot of my time with skaters and skate-illustrators.
I watch plenty of skate videos and movies and I read many books, magazines and interviews on the topic.
For some reason, I fell in love with the skate culture and all the people that are part of it.

This second project has a slightly different theme – skateboarding tricks and fails. It goes by the name of "Falling for you, Skateboarding! " Got it? Teehee.

The idea is to showcase all sacrifices that are made in the name of the skateboarding.
In almost every case, you do not succeed on the first try. A trick takes time to master – you fall and you get up, then you try again, you fall again, you start freaking out, again and again and at some point you finally make it. You realize that what gives you the strength to keep trying is your love and passion for skateboarding. And LOVE is actually your biggest award and achievement.
